Challenge
The test analyzed whether users engaged with supporting visuals (images, videos, icons) at the expense of primary messaging and CTAs.
Results
Users frequently fixated on background imagery or video play icons, sometimes doubling the attention of the CTA button. Recommendations included restructuring layouts so media supported copy instead of competing with it.
